Peer Review Process
Q Bulletin adopts a single‑blind peer review system where reviewer identities are hidden from authors.
Key steps include:
● Manuscripts submitted to the journal will first go through an initial screening by the editorial team.
● Manuscripts that passed the initial screening are sent to two reviewers for peer review.
● Peer reviewers independently make a recommendation to the journal editor as to whether the manuscript should be rejected or accepted (with or without revisions).
● The journal editor considers all the feedback from peer reviewers and makes an informed decision to accept or reject the manuscript.
- Proceed to Peer Review by assigning reviewer
- Return to the author for Revision
- Reject (out of scope or inadequate quality)
It is ready to go to Copyediting as it is.
It requires changes and another round of peer review.
It doesn’t seem like a good fit for the focus and scope of this journal.
It has too many weaknesses to ever be accepted.

- Final approval by the Editor-in-Chief
- Final approval for publication by the Director-General
