Publication Policy
Multiple, Redundant, or Concurrent Publication
Authors must not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously, as this constitutes unethical publishing behaviour. Manuscripts that substantially overlap with previously published work, or that have been published elsewhere in whole or in part, will not be considered.
Redundant or duplicate publication, including publication of identical or substantially similar articles in multiple outlets without appropriate justification, is unacceptable. If data or findings have been published previously, authors must clearly cite the original source and explain how the current manuscript makes a novel contribution.
Any attempt at concurrent submission or duplicate publication discovered during the review or after acceptance will result in immediate rejection or retraction of the manuscript and may lead to restrictions on future submissions.
Acknowledgment of Sources
Authors are required to provide proper acknowledgment of the work of others. All sources that have influenced or contributed to the manuscript must be appropriately cited. Direct quotations, data, figures, or ideas derived from previously published work must be clearly identified and properly referenced.
Authors should ensure that every source cited in the manuscript is included in the reference list, and that all references are accurate and complete. Failure to acknowledge the contributions of others constitutes academic misconduct and may result in rejection of the manuscript or retraction after publication.
Authorship of the Paper
Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made a significant intellectual contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study. All those who have made substantial contributions should be listed as co-authors.
Contributors who have participated in certain aspects of the research but do not meet the criteria for authorship, such as technical assistance, general support, or administrative help, should be acknowledged in the Acknowledgements section.
The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all listed authors have approved the final version of the manuscript and have agreed to its submission for publication. The order of authorship should be determined collectively by the co-authors and reflect the relative contributions of each.
Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest
Authors are required to disclose any financial or personal relationships that could be perceived as influencing the work reported in their manuscript. Potential conflicts of interest include, but are not limited to, employment, consultancies, honoraria, paid expert testimony, research funding, ownership of shares or other equity interests, and membership on advisory boards or committees.
All sources of financial support for the research must be clearly acknowledged. Where no conflict of interest exists, authors should explicitly state this in their manuscript.
The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors provide complete and accurate disclosures. Failure to declare relevant conflicts may result in rejection of the submission or retraction of a published article.
Fundamental Errors in Published Works
Authors are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of their work. If an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in their published article, it is the author's obligation to promptly notify the journal's editor or publisher and cooperate in retracting or correcting the paper. If the editor or publisher learns from a third party that a published work contains a significant error, the author will be contacted and required to issue a correction or retraction, as appropriate.
Author Responsibility
Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality, accuracy, transparency, and ethical integrity of their submissions. Breaches of publication ethics may result in manuscript rejection, correction or retraction of a published article, and other appropriate editorial actions.
